Ordination Overtures to the 217th GA of the PC(USA). Two overtures regarding educator ordination to a Fourth Office are on their way to the PC(USA) General Assembly this June. Overture #16 Minister of Christian Education is from Mission Presbytery and Overture #31 Educating Elder is from Shenandoah Presbytery. You can read both overtures here at the APCE website and download them for study and discussion. Comments and conversation on the overtures are welcomed here.
