Educators are called to balance many roles as they share visions for faithful educational ministry while supporting the other areas of ministry and being a colleague with other staff.

Leadership requires people to be clear about their boundaries, able to state their beliefs, able to stay focused and at the same time to stay connected to all the people including those with whom there is disagreement.

Members, leaders, volunteers and staff are all connected in an emotional system where actions and words by individuals influence the system.

The regional Event will provide time to learn about the emotional system call the congregation and work on developing leadership skills for functioning in a healthy manner.
